Forms Personalization not working on a Custom Form

Oracle EBS R12.2.11 - Oracle Forms Builder V10.1.2.0.2

Hello experts, as the title suggest, i have a Custom Form, and for project requirement, i need to activate some Form Personalization.

But here comes the problem, it doesnt do anything, i must add, that the toolbar works perfectly fine and even the Show Custom events of the bar, but Custom Code selection, does nothing.
