Accessing the Bug Database

I was instructed to access the bug database using the steps outlined below. However, I do not see a "Sources" drop-down list to even select "Bug Database" from. Can someone please point me in the right direction? This is my man Dashboard, where on it is the "Sources" drop down located. I simply to no see it. Thanks


To monitor the bug or enhancement request:

1. Log into My Oracle Support (MOS)

2. Choose Bug Database from the Sources drop-down list

3. Enter the Bug or ER Number (from your SR) in the search window

4. Click Search

5. The Bug or ER will open on the screen
