Questions on parameters in an init.ora files (pfiles/spfiles)

Hi all, I'm hoping to get some clarification regarding some spfiles parameters.

So I started my empty DB with a fresh pfile something like below.

Once DB is started up, I then issue spfile creation command to create spfile from that pfile & do a quick reboot starting the DB with spfile instead. Once the DB is started up, I check the content of spfile and I notice a few new lines in the spfile.

Are those values generated automatically once DB is started up? Also, the values for the different pools, is not fixed right? because when I check directly from the DB's parameter I do not see any values shown on it.
