Goldengate peer-peer replication

Hi,

We have 2 active datacenters which is having bi-directional configuration between them

Site A is 19c(19.20.0.0.230718) and Site B is 21c(Version 21.11.0.0.0).

We would like to add Site C 21c(Version 21.11.0.0.0) so we took full rman backup from site B and restored into Site C and post that started the replicat using the CSN number using the output given from "restore database preview".

We also started replicat from Site A to Site C using the timestamp to scn and started with the SCN.

But we are seeing some extra rows in few of the tables around 60K+ records in addition
