App Version 8.59.10 PUM 45.

When adding/deleting or just saving an attachment, it updates an additional row on HS_SS_INCDT_DAT if there is another row on this record with an emplid that starts with a 0. It updates the row and it changes the other row emplid (that starts with 0) with the current emplid.
