Java: 1.8.0_261

My original Windows network account was deleted. When I connect to the Windows Server with my new network account everything works ( OEM & Agent ) (repository is on a different server), but I receive the following error when I try to run:

C:>emcli status

(or emcli with any verb)

Error: Some required configuration is missing, corrupt, inaccessible, or insecure (access permissions are too liberal).

Resolve the problem and run setup.
