change Install base parameter customer

Oracle Install base and EAM

Oracle 12.2.4

IS there any impact if I changes the Install base parameter customer ?

As at the first of EAM Implementation I chooses external Customer (Already exist And Used Customer)

But now I Implemented Internal customer without Making Create Account Number for it and the party type is internal . So Can I Unfreeze the Install base parameter and change the Customer to the new one .
