19c out-of-place GI/DB patching and Cloud Control targets info update

As we all know, after out-of-place patching all patched software (in my case, Grid Infrastructure and databases ) will start from new Oracle Homes. And it's a problem for Cloud Control 13.* where all these targets are still registered under old Oracle Homes, Cloud Control raises the incidents when old home is deleted or unregister. And it's always good to keep your targets in consistency with actual Orale Homes location.

My question is simple: is there any simple and consistent way to update Oracle Homes for all patched targets instead of manually update dozens of targets in Cloud Control? Is there any article or documentation? Should I ask this question Cloud Control area?
