Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how do we know formula / how "On-Time Delivery Rating" is calculated?

i cant seem to find this info under the 'gear' option

i need to see the logic/how this graph/score is calculated
