How to fill "Where is the problem?" to regenerate bypass codes

I want to create a technical service request, but I bump against the system all the time. I would like to create SR to regenerate bypass codes, so I can login to my Cloud account again. But I don't know which "Service type" should I choose. If I choose Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, I'm prompted to create Contact Us request. When I do so, and choose "Issues with My Services (Cloud) or CloudPortal access" in 2nd step, I'm prompted to create a technical SR. What should I do, to get my access back?
