Error Building Domain VM MFPCS V24

Hello Experts,

Trying to build an old existing domain into the the MFP v24 virtual machine we are getting the the following error on the register app process, updatestyles when loading the templates.

Caught exception - NamedException: DateTimeFormat - Parameter (00000100000000) does not conform to the specified format char %d because 00 is outside the allowed range.

What can be the cause for this?
