Error code PRMDB-0447-0 when trying to import file to primavera

Primavera P6 Professional 21

I received the first error (PRMDB-3401-3) while trying to import .xer file. Then the second error appeared when I tried to open it (PRMDB-0447-0) Anyone can elaborate on that?
