LATE FEE

Hi everyone,

I have a question about late fees.

A student has three past-due months on their account, but they are making a full payment today. If I run the late fee process after receiving their payment, will they still be charged a late fee? or how could I avoid it? Ideally, I'd like to avoid any late fees since they are catching up on their balance.
