Running adop phase=cutover on 19c fails.

Oracle 19c, Oracle eBus APPS 12.5

OS Configuration RHEL Linux 7. 2 nodes: db node and apps node the script runs Ok in the apps node, and it fails in the db node. This is now a catch 22. In order to fix the problem need to understand and fix the tool.

Running adop phase=cutover on 19c fails.  Opened SR to resolve it and the request is to run the following in the DB tier:

uswmi1dblt0073: ebssboxc> export CONTEXT_FILE='/u01/app/sbox/db/tech_st/19.0.3/appsutil/EBSSBOX_uswmi1dblt0073.xml'

uswmi1dblt0073: ebssboxc> bash run_analyzer.sh -Danalyzer="adop_database_analyzer.xml"
