What is the ESU that addresses E1 Bug 29489343 : A/R STATS HIST. REFRESH DOES NOT UPDAT

We are experiencing the issue with date last paid in F03B16S not updating for partial receipts in our 9.2 environment. Our 9.2 environment was implemented prior to bug fix and we need to apply ESU. I don't seem to see it when checking Patches related to this bug.
