Wine industry workflows from vineyard to wine customer are typically long, complex, and subject to rigorous external audits by regulatory agencies. Individual audit personnel rotate periodically to prevent ‘capture’ by winemakers and this introduces a degree of unpredictability in the audit process. For these reasons, customers require accurate blend lot trace/track reports that can be produced in a timely manner. This new document explains the enhancement for Advanced Lot Trace/Track.
