Running 11.2.0.4.231017 clone.pl to Clone Database Home: SEVERE: Abnormal program termination.

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Oracle Database 11.2.0.4.231017 (October DB PSU / OJVM PSU Combo) on IBM Power AIX 7.2.

After patching the home, the clone.pl script is encountering a SEVERE error when executed.
