Corporate credit cards are not assigned to employee automatically

Hi all,

We have multiple credit card programs defined for Mastercards with "Employee Number" match option. "MasterCard CDF3 Transaction Loader and Validation Program" is used to load transactions and cards. Most card programs are working as expected. However for certain card programs, credit cards are always created in unassigned status, even though unique matching employee number exists. I checked the incoming CDF3 files and they also have <EmployeeID> populated. Not sure why it is not used to auto assign. There is no issue manually assign these cards.

Any suggestions what to check? The CDF3 schema version is 18.01.00.00.
