How to handle an employee temporary filling in a position till new employee is hired
Hi Experts,
Sorry if I am asking a question that has been answered somewhere else; if that is the case please bear with me and point me in that direction.
We have Oracle EBS 12.2.11 with our HR Family Pack hr_pf C.17 codelevel.
I am not HRMS Functional person - so please be kind.
I wanted to ask the experts here, how do they handle an employee temporarily filling in a position before a new employee is hired for that position - especially how do they handle the positional hierarchy so that things that use the hierarchy (e.g. Purchasing Approvals, etc.) can continue without disruption.
