DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to modify the keystore format to: pkcs12 - keytool erro

Hi

I have upgraded the ODA from 19.20 to 19.21. Upgrade went well except the ASR Internal configuration did not restore. I might miss something. But now I want to register again via odacli but I got the below error.
