PO Need By Date can be earlier than the current date when new creation

Hi Experts,

Users told me that they found that PO need by date can be earlier than the current date when new creation (from ASCP/Manually). As you know, Oracle uses PO need-by-date for item price. Is there any profiles to avoid it?

Oracle Versions: 12.2.4
