Facing to update my Oracle 19c Database, on RHEL 8 64 bits it's seems that there is two cumulatives patches.

GI Release Update

Database Release Update

When choosing the Database Release Update :

This patch is part of the following system patch. Consider downloading the system patch instead.

I'm not using Grid Infrastructure.Should I go for the GI Release Update rather than the Database Release Update ?

What are the differences ?
