How to add CO FAMLI tax to 2023 Total Reward Statements?

Apologies if this is not the correct community!
Hello - I'm trying to add the amounts paid for CO FAMLI to NAP_USA_TAXES for our 2023 Total Reward statements, but it keeps telling me that there was no data extracted. We had around 550 employees in CO last year that should have data.
I have added a new Reward Item ID and mirrored it to the our set up for Social Security and Medicare but used Tax Balance Classes of P01 and P02...screenshot below.
Is there somewhere else this should be added so that the statements will see the data?
