Dispatch Group Usage in Capacity Resource Planning (CRP)

JDE version 9.2 EnterpriseOne Tools Release:  9.2.6.3

New CRP.

I have 5 machines, run by 1 person at a time, and 4 total people to run those machines. They work 8-hour shifts so I have a total of 32-man hours and each machine can be scheduled for a max of 8 hours.

I was hoping that Dispatch Groups could plan for those 5 machines as a unit, knowing each machine can only have 8 hours.

I have created new work centers designated as dispatch groups with the 5 existing work centers listing this new one as the dispatch group. On the dispatch group, I do not add hours or employees. It still plans for 40 hours because each work center is 1 employee/8 hours, but I only have 4 employees meaning one machine will always be idle.
