APP Stack Exception

JDE E1: 9.2, Release 23 and Tools: 9.2.7.5

I'm trying to generate a packing list for multiple shipments using Orchestrator.

Work with Shipments P4915/W4915B form in the order of Execution there is Select All Rows

When Orchestrator calls the Form request to process all rows, it processes only the first Shipment row, generates a packing list, and then throws an App Stack Exception error. Please advise. Thank you!
