Xadmin deployment not getting updated

Xadmin deployments are stuck in either SCHEDULED or IN_PROCESS.


I found that the json files in C:\environment\res\data are getting stuck in this path. and these json files are not getting consumed..


Can you please help on what to do to make the deployment get updated in xadmin? Thanks
