asset not available in postman, but available in data table

Product: Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud Service

Issue: We are not able to find an asset in Postman but available in the data table. The asset owner got deleted, and due to this we are getting an error while opening the asset "You can't access the record because it has been deleted or you no longer have access to it". We are trying to tag another customer to the asset but since the record is not available in Postman or not able to open the asset, we are not able to patch the customer.
