Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Report Server cannot start after install

Soft install:

Oracle database 12c

fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar

setup_fmw_12.2.1.4.0_fr_win64.exe

patch : p28186730_1394214_Generic.zip

All things install OK.

Start Node manager OK

Start AdminServer OK

Start WLS_FORM + WLS_REPORT OK

Start RepTool OK

But Start Report Server Error:

"Connecting to Node Manager ...
