I added a row in a Planning form and the color disappeared 11.2.13

We have EPM 11.2.13 I added a row in a Planning form and the blue color disappeared for the new row and all rows below it. I do not see any properties that set color. Can you please tell me how to remedy this?

After I added a new row, the new row and all rows below it lost the color.
