How is it possible to have different Batch Numbers for the same Doc Numbers for a Lease?

9.2.7.2 I am trying to piece together how there are two different batch numbers for the same Doc Numbers for a lease. Additionally the Lease types show differently as well. With one Batch number the Lease type could show as LL and the other batch number with a lease type of BL.
