Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. we are getting error into a rdf, rtf based report while generating a barcode.

Attached is the error, it is printing for those data only in which having a small letter like

AEFAF5245eFG and it's working fine for AEFAF5245EFG.

Please provide the solution, we cannot change data into upper case as user is scanning it,
