Error updating custom fields on dedup - [FATAL] Using InsertSQLFile but [filepath] does not exist

I am having an issue with part of the implementation guide "Updating Custom Fields on Deduplication." Following the Implementation Guide on our new turn up of v6.0.4, coming from v4. I'd also like to note that this is a fresh install on new servers. This is something we have working in v4, and the guide shows a very similar procedure with only key differences in the file paths. I am getting the following error:

[FATAL] Using InsertSQLFile but [/opt/assure1/var/checkouts/core/default/collection/event/common/InsertSQLFile.sql] does not exist.

I can go as far, as copy the whole file path given in the Fatal Log, paste it in our primary presentation server on command line, and locate the file there. Here are a couple screenshots of the GUI config.
