APEX 23.2 Patch5 update issue with Dynamic Action

Hi

i am facing some issue with DA to refresh the region after modification either adding new record or deleting one, all records is not showing in the classic report region

before the modification like this

after updating shows like this

if i want to show the records i have to reload the page

not that i have done the following to add the DA

• create DA under the the required region.
• selected the Dialog Closed in the When section.
• added True action selected Referesh in the Identification
• selected region in the selection type and selected the region need to refresh.
