Leadtime Per Unit (LTLV) Impacting MRP message generations

The MRP hadn't generated messages for some specific items (STKT: M).

Ex: There are Sales Orders opened to these items, where the lines have requested dates as April/24, May/24, Nov/24, and May/25. Only messages greater than April are generated, but the nearest date message (April/24) isn't. (There is no inventory or receiving in progress; no quantities to attend to, so a WO message should have been generated).

Checking the items and performing some tests in the JDE test environment, I noticed that these items and other items have the field "Leadtime Per Unit (LTLV)" filled, even though they have the "Fixed/Variable (MRPP)" set as F. Checking these items' history, I can see they always had the field Fixed/Variable set as F and the report R3482 was the one that updated the quantities in "Leadtime Per Unit" field.
