Create W2C Required Box 16 & 17

We are using PS version 9.20 and Tools 8.59.22

The State of GA EFW2C file submission requires data in

Box 16 and 17 (Original and Corrected State Wages and Tips & Original and Corrected State Income Tax Withheld)

The payroll department has employees that have only a change in the amount of state wages and tips (Box 16) and no change in the amount withheld (Box 17).

The Create W-2c US/Territories process requires a difference between Previous and Current amounts in order produce a row with data for submission on this flat file created by TAX922us.sqr. When the file is sent to GA DOR, the errors returned states that there must be information provided in those Box 16 and Box 17 fields. We are not comfortable defaulting the fields to zeros because that may result in incorrect W2 data.
