OTL, how to set project settings to limit entry for SOME Projects/Tasks

Modules = Oracle Projects, Oracle Time and Labor

Requirement:

1) Some projects are Not needing to be limited to certain employees

2) Some projects NEED TO be limited to certain employees.

Note ---------------

Projects may or may not be billable.

We are NOT using Project Execution module.

We have Both requirements needed at the same time but controlled by settings to be set on Projects to affect OTL and the LOV of projects/tasks displayed to an employee.

For an example

Project 123 - need to potential get time from OTL for any employee

Project ABC - needs to get time ONLY for employees assigned to the project.
