Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. why oracle RAC nodes are pinned and unpinned, what is the concept behind , need more clarity of this,

While doing fresh installation it's shows status as unpinned. So getting total confusion, when it's should be pinned status and unpinned status.
