ACA processing request transmittal file not appearing

I am unsure of where I can retrieve my request file upon running the 'Create ACA XML Files' process job ACA1095C. All documentation mentions that the produced files from this process involve produced PDFs, and the produced manifest/request file as a pair of files to be submitted together. I cannot locate the request file within the report manager like I can for the manifest file, I am not sure where it is located. I see the request file name within 'ACA transmission history', but I cannot actually find the file itself.
