R12 : 12.2.10 - Credit hold functionality not working as expected

Hello Team,

We are on EBS - 12.2.10 Version , the credit setup at customer level site level is set . The credit hold is also getting applied on sales order after crossing the limit but on sales order line , the check box - "On Hold" is not getting checked . As per my knowledge when the Credit hold gets applied the , check box- "On Hold" gets applied .

Please guide
