Disable Processing fees for Involuntary Deductions

Hi,

Is there a way to disable processing fees for all your Involuntary deductions.

Before 24A patch update we would use to load an HDL file and it would override the processing fees to 0. Attached HDL file for reference.

Post 24A patch update this HDL is not working and erroring out at the time of load.
