Migration Apex to OCI PAAS DBCS

Hi Experts,

We have apex version 23.2 in Oracle Database onpremise. We have Oracle EBS R12.2.5 on the same database(19.17).


We have 4 custom applications developed in apex.
We are planning to move apex to OCI Paas. Then integrate OCI apex paas to onpremise EBS database.

What will be the best plan to migrate apex to PAAS.

Please share your expertise.
