Adding asset with same chartfield details on 2 lines

Application: PeopleSoft 9.0

When an asset is interfaced from AP voucher which has same chartfield details on 2 lines the asset gets created without any issues and when try to add Asset online within Asset management module an error is encountered as below. Please advise if any additional validation present at AM triggers this message.

Chartfield values on row 2, match Chartfield values on Row  1 (8010,250)

Duplicate Chartfield value. Either delete or change the value of the row
