MOAC Security Rule for balancing segment

Hi,

We have one responsibility with multiple OU's assigned to with MOAC. We want make sure when users are keying the accounting values they dont select incorrect balancing segment. We understand this cant be achieved using security rule, but is there any other option where we can restrict users to select correct balancing segment against the OU.
