How can I customize Payslip Report in a correct manner?

Hello all, I hope you all fine well.

I have made a customize to Payslip Report (Generate Payslip Process), and I make modification to the RTF only (Replace the oracle logo to another logo), this adjustment is not reflecting in the payslip generation process, how can I fix this issue?
