Data export facility from oracle ARCS platform ?

in Database Utilities (MOSC) Question

Looking for the ways n means using which we can connect to Oracle ARCS core database tables like those starts with ARM_, TM_ and dynamic tables as well. is there any api's or we can directly establish database connection with cloud db and pull data to datalake storage, please guide if there is anything already provided by oracle.
