Time Entry MBF (P050002A) Highest Rate

Hello,

I am looking for clarification, if the Time Entry Master Business Function is set to pull the highest rate when Union Rates are setup what is the logic? Does it only compare the Hourly Rate on the employee master versus the Union Rate Revisions and apply the highest rate no matter the job type/step or does it look at the job type/step and hourly rate and do the comparison?
