AWR reports from root

hello all,

We have 6 pdbs and id like to run an awr all in one report.

What access/privilege is needed?

I can run reports in each pdb but when clicking on the performance page I can't see the root cdb. The oem administrator said they can but log in as one of the Oracle accounts and they don't know what privilege to grant for my account to access root.

We are using OEM 13 and Oracle 19.21
