Header is Missing in the Second Page in the RTF Template

Issue with RTF Template. We have multiple pages in the invoice and different header in the first page and different header for other pages. we have chosen "Different First Page"(Under Header & Footer). Now when contents of First page is more and when the first page template goes to the second page of PDF. The Header and Footer is missing in the second page.

Is there any option to resolve this issue.
