ORA-15137: The ASM cluster is in rolling patch state (while adding a disk to ASM group)

Hello,

I run into the following ORA error: ORA-15137 when I was trying to add another disk to an already existing ASM group.

[root@RAC1 u01]# crsctl query crs activeversion -f
Oracle Clusterware active version on the cluster is [12.2.0.1.0]. The cluster upgrade state is [ROLLING PATCH]. The cluster active patch level is [0].

The nodes are on a different patch level:

[oracle@RAC1 ~]$ crsctl query crs softwarepatch
Oracle Clusterware patch level on node RAC1 is [1477328003].

[oracle@RAC2 ~]$ crsctl query crs softwarepatch
Oracle Clusterware patch level on node RAC2 is [2531737885].
