Email notification
Hi Team,
We are currently experiencing an issue with our Hyperion system where users are not receiving any notification emails. Despite through check of our email configuration and SMTP severs, the problem persists.
Here are the steps we've taken to troubleshoot the issue:
- Verified the accuracy of email configuration setting within the Hyperion system.
- Ensure the proper functionality of our SMTP sever.
- Confirmed that recipient email addresses are correctly enter into the system.
Unfortunately, these efforts have not Yielded any resolution.
